citizenAID has been developed by military and civilian clinicians in the UK who have deep experience of treating blast and gunshot injuries, and who have developed systems in use nationally and internationally to treat multiple casualties in both civilian and military environments.
Most employers recognise that skills fade over time and send their emplyees on annual refresher training. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) now strongly recommend that people who complete both the First Aid at Work and the Emergency First Aid at Workcourses attend a 3 hour annual refresher training course at the end of both the first and second year of the qualification in order to refresh their skills.

Paediatric First Aid Certification
Level 3 - 12 Hour Course
The QA Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid (RQF) has been specifically designed to meet the criteria set by the Department for Education’s EYFS Framework and is ideal for:
• Those who have gained a level 2 and/or level 3 childcare qualification and have entered into an early years setting and wish to be included in the staff to child ratios to comply with EYFS requirements.
• Registered childminders and assistants who are required to hold a current and full paediatric first aid certificate in order to comply with the EYFS requirements.
• Anyone who has a non-professional involvement with infants and children, such as parents, grandparents and want to learn key paediatric first aid skills.
Forester First Aid Course
The Forestry First Aid +F (QAR) qualification is ideal for those who work or intend to work in a forestry, agricultural or remote environment, such as tree surgeons and farmers. Successful learners will be equipped with the knowledge and practical skills needed to treat a range of injuries and diseases that could occur in these environments, such as Lyme disease and catastrophic bleeding.
